Organizing the Applications folder in Leopard

Anyone have any ideas about this? I don’t want to move any apps around (into subfolders, etc.), cos I don’t know how that will screw up the OS. I’m bunging them all in hickledy-pickledy at the moment, which is cool as I’m using Quicksilver to run apps, but at the back of my anally-tidy programming [...]
